These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications and services ("Services") provided by Canela Code LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), a Rhode Island limited liability company. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any of our apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some of our apps offer subscription-based features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by Canela Code LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our Services without our written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our Services. You are solely responsible for your content and must not submit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canela Code LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Rhode Island.
